Veneers

Veneers are thin, custom-made, porcelain coverings that are used to resurface your teeth and can transform your teeth in nearly any way you can imagine. From shape to size to color, dental veneers give you the power to recreate your ideal smile. We utilize advanced smile preview software and work with you to design your ideal smile.

Smile Makeover

Digital Smile Design

If you’re considering a change to the appearance of your smile or making the investment in restoring your teeth, Digital Smile Design can show you the destination before you embark on the journey. Modern technology makes it possible to plan your entire treatment using computer simulations.

Clear Aligners

If you are an adult and you want to explore your options for a straighter and healthier smile, you are not alone. In order to align your teeth, you can use traditional wire and bracket braces or clear aligner trays. In some cases, a combination of the two may be the best option for you.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening has become more common and advancements in dental technology have made it easier than ever to get a brighter smile. Although you may see whitening products at the store, professional teeth whitening by our cosmetic dentist can help you achieve the smile of your dreams in a safer and more effective manner.

Gum Contouring

When gums cover a large portion of the tooth, the result can be a smile that looks unbalanced. Gum contouring evens out “gummy” smiles creating a beautiful and natural-looking smile.

Bonding/Composite Veneers

Repair chipped, cracked, and slightly misaligned teeth using modern and non-invasive tooth bonding and composite veneers treatments. Try it today to reimagine your smile!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

There are 2 materials we can use to create your veneers. Composite resin is a faster and more budget-friendly alternative to porcelain veneers and we can construct resin veneers in our office in a single visit. This option, which is also known as dental bonding, sometimes requires less tooth preparation, making it a good choice for teens or young adults who’ve had very little previous dentistry. Porcelain veneers are fabricated in a dental laboratory to be very strong and look extremely natural. Porcelain is very comparable to our actual enamel in appearance, strength and durability, and polish. Porcelain veneers are easier to maintain and will provide a luster and polish unmatched by composite.

Digital smile design technology makes it possible to “test drive” your smile before you commit to cosmetic dental treatment and allows you to be an active participant in the creation of your new smile. The software allows you and your cosmetic dentist to select the size, shape, and color of your future teeth to create a smile preview. You can then share the smile preview photos with friends and family if you want feedback to ensure the smile design is natural and right for you.

We believe a smile can’t be beautiful if it is not also healthy. Our approach to smile enhancements is to achieve the patient’s desired outcome with minimal dentistry. We utilize technology and minimally invasive procedures to help you preserve your existing teeth and keep your smile healthy and beautiful with preventative care.

It is true that sometimes we need to reduce the size and shape of teeth to accommodate the cosmetic improvements we are trying to make. The more conservative the treatment, the more skill is required for the dentist and ceramist to create a natural result, which is why finding the right cosmetic dentist is important.

The answer is typically no because we design cosmetic treatments to be resilient to change. However, after your new smile is complete, routine follow-up visits every 6 months are recommended to make sure the dentistry continues to look great and function properly. We may advise you on a few new regimens for at-home care, for example, we commonly recommend a nightguard to protect your teeth following a smile makeover, especially if you have a history of tooth wear. Other ongoing maintenance may include a once-a-month application of bleaching gel following teeth whitening, or a toothpaste that is non-abrasive so porcelain veneers and composite resin veneers aren’t dulled by over-the-counter toothpastes that can scratch the highly polished surfaces.
