A. Cancellation by Patient (customer)
- No cancellation and Refund is applicable once the appointment is made.
B. Cancellation by Doctor
- If the cancellation is made by the doctor, the full amount will be refunded with a deduction of 3% as a transaction charge.
- The refund may take 5-7 Working Days.
C. If the amount is deducted twice due to a technical error. The full amount will be refunded. The refund may take 5-7 Working Days.
